I received an email asking me to rate my recent order — however, the item still hasn’t been delivered, and I’ve not been given a confirmed dispatch or delivery date.Originally, I was told via email that the delay would be just 1–2 days. When I followed up with your team, I was told it would be at least 5 days. This inconsistency is incredibly frustrating, especially as the item was intended as a present.At the time of writing, I still haven’t received the item, yet you're asking for feedback on something I don’t even have. It’s disappointing, and I hope this process — from communication to stock management — is reviewed so other customers don’t have the same experience.
