The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the Victoria's Secret website.

The Victoria’s Secret website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Victoria’s Secret under an exclusive licence from Victoria’s Secret. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Victoria’s Secret.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over and an Irish resident. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

The supplier of the goods featured is Next Retail Limited trading as Victoria’s Secret. Our registered office is Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT. Registered company number: 4521150 (England and Wales).

We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers. We may also contact you for market research purposes. Next Retail Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit.


Application and Account Details

If you create and use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to it, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our discretion.

We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

Mailing List

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. Orders and Contract

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between us when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by us.

For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract, we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from the Victoria’s Secret website will be charged the day the goods are dispatched.

Returns And Your Right To Cancel

Under Article 6 of the Consumer Rights Directive (‘CRD’) you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service.

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email or by using the cancellation form on the website or call 1800946380 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel.

If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee.

Non-standard delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.

Delivery

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Order before 10pm to get free next day delivery to a Victoria's Secret or Next store. Home delivery will incur a €3 delivery charge for each order.

Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 10 days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

The taking of payment from you by us under any of the means set out above does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and us.

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

General Complaints

If you do have a complaint please write to Victoria’s Secret Customer Services, Gedding Road, Leicester, LE5 5DW or call 1800946380 or email help.mail@victoriassecret.co.uk. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you have the right to refer the dispute to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
