When it comes to figuring out your correct bra size, there’s nothing like a little show & tell.

FIT YOURSELF IN 3 EASY STEPS

Bring the measuring tape across the back at bra-band level, under each arm and measure just above the bust where the straps meet the cup. This is the band size. If the number is odd, round down to the closest even number.

Keep the tape around the back, under each arm and measure around the fullest part of the bust. Leave a half inch between the tape and bust. This is the bust measurement.

Subtract band from the bust measurement. This is number equates to the letter of the cup size.

Fasten your band on the middle hook so it sits comfortably level on your back & parallel to the floor. If it digs in, try a looser hook. Still tight? Try a larger band and smaller cup size. Rides up? Try a tighter hook or go down a band size (if needed).

Cups should fit smoothly, leaving no space between you and your bra. If you are spilling over, go up a cup size. Cups gaping? Go down a size.

Most of the support comes from the band. Your straps should be tight enough to stay in place and keep your bra cups from gaping, but they should never dig into your shoulder. Try this trick: Drop your straps off your shoulders. If your bra stays put you’ve got the right fit.
