These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. By accessing this website and ordering goods from us online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the authority of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Personal information will be processed in line with our Privacy policy.
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between you and us at the point we dispatch the goods. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched, we may not accept the order or you may cancel the order. Certain exceptions apply to this, such as orders for personalised items and goods, which cannot be cancelled by you once we have sent confirmation by email that your order has been received, as such goods may already be in production. For a list of exceptions to items you can return please see the section on Exceptions to the Returns Policy which is in the RETURNS POLICY section below.
For security reasons, until you have placed an order for goods, received your first statement and a payment has been received for those goods, you will be unable to order gift cards. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. We shall continue to own any goods ordered by you until it has received payment in full, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
Purchases from Victoria’s Secret will be charged the day the goods are dispatched/purchased in-store.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY. All prices shown are cash prices in Euros (€). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered online may differ from prices in store. You must provide your payment details at the time of placing your order. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next five (5) days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
Your order will normally be delivered within 2 working days, however if the item is being dispatched from the UK it may take up to 3 working days.
Free delivery offers are subject to availability. Free delivery and other offer codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
All Sale items are subject to availability. During sale periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.
Under consumer law, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (this is sometimes referred to as the “cooling off rights”). This excludes certain goods that we sell, for example, toiletries and cosmetics (where the seal has been broken), and pierced jewellery items.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You must return goods in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit. We recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See RETURNS POLICY section for details of how to return goods to us.
You must not return substitute or alternative items. If you do so, we reserve the right to send incorrectly returned items back to you at our discretion and you shall remain responsible for the cost of the original goods purchased. We reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigation. We may offset the amount you owe from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee.

You may use the model cancellation form below if you wish to but you do not have to. You do however need to follow our returns process.

This section sets out our general returns policy. This returns policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, and does not limit or affect your legal rights as a consumer to return goods, including your cooling-off rights (see the YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER CONSUMER LAW section above).
If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased from us, you may return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation.
We cannot accept the return of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed following delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights, for example where such goods are faulty). See EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY below.
Take the item to any Victoria’s Secret or Next store in the Republic of Ireland with your delivery note. Any returns made to a Victoria’s Secret or Next store will be credited to your payment method within 14 days.
Please use the returns label provided on your delivery note. You must pay the cost of postage and this will not be refunded to you by us. The item(s) will be credited to your payment method within 5 -7 days of receipt of the goods.
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery items, cosmetics, toiletries cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift cards/eGiftcards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.

If you have a complaint please contact Victoria’s Secret Customer Services, 1800946380 (for call charges please contact your network operator). Victoria’s Secret welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Where complaints related to Consumer Credit are not resolved to your satisfaction you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation. You may also lodge a complaint with the CCPC (https://www.ccpc.ie/).

No text or data mining, or web scraping
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site unless (a) you are authorised to do so as a matter of law; or (b) you have our express prior written agreement to do so.
Liability
We only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for private/domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment such as commercial publicity, fashion performances etc.
Availability
All orders for goods are subject to availability.
Colour of reproduction
We take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
Changes
If any of this information changes we will tell you by updating the terms and conditions online or by including details on or with your monthly statement, or by separate note to you.
Law
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales. Any claims under this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts based in England.
If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
